Member Jurisdictions

City – Executive Board Member

The City of Green is a charter city in southern Summit County and a founding member of the South Summit Council of Governments. Green Fire Department and EMS are dispatched through South Summit Dispatch. The Sheriffs department is dispatched by Summit Emergency Communications Center.

The City of New Franklin is a founding SSCOG member in southern Summit County. New Franklin Police and Fire/EMS are dispatched through South Summit Dispatch around the clock.

The Village of Lakemore is a small incorporated community in Summit County. Lakemore Police and Fire/EMS services are dispatched by South Summit Dispatch.

Springfield Township is an unincorporated township in Summit County. Springfield Township Police and Fire/EMS are dispatched through South Summit Dispatch.
